Remembering kindness
This was really good. Now if I can just carry it forward into my day ... 🙂. And not forget when all the cares, tasks, and other things distract me. And remember the benediction to others, the one on whom I meditated, and to myself - May you be well. May you be happy. May you be safe. ❤️
Thinking of Others
This was another perfect meditation for me today. Thinking of others and their safety, wellness, and happiness. May those I love receive everything I wish for them today in abundance. This includes my Aura tribe too.❤️
