Experience a simple and effective way to regulate your breath that instantly slows your breathing rate, blood pressure, and heart rate - allowing you relief from anxiety. Witness your breath in this deliberate way and regain control, releasing anxiety. This will help so much if you suffer from anxiety! Namaste! Dorothy

Just breathe
By focusing on our breathing can help to alleviate that anxiety feeling so that we can gain control of our body as a whole.

Regain control
As someone who suffers from anxiety, this meditation was spot on. I have recently learned about the best ways to breathe through a panic attack (this technique) and it does truly work. Doing this meditation before I start my day reminds me that I can regain control if I start to panic. I can find peace on my own long enough for me to seek support from a trusted person, if I need it. I feel prepared for today. Thank you for sharing it.

Importance of exhaling
This was a great meditation :-) It helped re-enforce how significant a deep exhale is when breathing meditatively. After filling your body with air during the inhale, if you exhale for an even longer count, it can really add to how deeply you relax!! Thanks! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Œ

Anxiety
As we extend our exhalation our anxiety softens and eventually disappears. A great tool. Children should learn it is easy and effective.

Anxiety
I must comment on our instructor Dorothy, I personally find the tone of voice, tempo of speech , content of the message extremely relaxing and effective. My anxiety level without question drops during practice and hopefully continues to during my daily routine. Thank you Dorothy.

Second meditation
Breath is very important to relax. Take longer exhales then inhales. It changes the nervous system to parasympathetic.
