Experience a simple and effective way to regulate your breath that instantly slows your breathing rate, blood pressure, and heart rate - allowing you relief from anxiety. Witness your breath in this deliberate way and regain control, releasing anxiety. This will help so much if you suffer from anxiety! Namaste! Dorothy

Just breathe
By focusing on our breathing can help to alleviate that anxiety feeling so that we can gain control of our body as a whole.

Regain control
As someone who suffers from anxiety, this meditation was spot on. I have recently learned about the best ways to breathe through a panic attack (this technique) and it does truly work. Doing this meditation before I start my day reminds me that I can regain control if I start to panic. I can find peace on my own long enough for me to seek support from a trusted person, if I need it. I feel prepared for today. Thank you for sharing it.

Importance of exhaling
This was a great meditation :-) It helped re-enforce how significant a deep exhale is when breathing meditatively. After filling your body with air during the inhale, if you exhale for an even longer count, it can really add to how deeply you relax!! Thanks! 😊😌

Anxiety
As we extend our exhalation our anxiety softens and eventually disappears. A great tool. Children should learn it is easy and effective.

This made me remember how important it is to check in with my body when I experience feelings of anxiety. Oftentimes, a key tool into calming myself will come from my body itself.

Relaxing and stress relieving
I wouldn't have thought that I could measure and extend my inhalations and exhalations, but apparently, I take in a good deal more air when breathing in than I have ever noticed! I can breathe in for a three or four count, but forcibly exhale for a five or six count without a problem! Good exercise! Relaxing. Hopefully I'll find that it helps lower my dangerously high blood pressure as described! ***saved for future use ***

It’s constantly losing myself only to realize I need to wake up to find myself again is exhausting. And it only stops for a little while, only for this never ending cycle to start all over again.

Worrying about the future, esp. $
In this moment, I am OK. Getting anxious about something I can not control right now does not serve me. When I am feeling anxious, getting ahead of myself, and letting worry about the future make me feel badly, I can come back to my breath. With my breath, in this moment, everything is OK.
