I didn’t think I would appreciate this as an attempt and I t gave me so much permission
Relaxing when you worry like me is counterintuitive. I actually generally Diego well itvuu it d the daytime worries and fretting that sends me down a dark gray hallway. I like the soft pillowed warm drifting invitation - that I could visualize the comfort of a cocoon any time is vitalizing.
