Engaging in the process of releasing these labels means undertaking a journey of self-awareness, introspection, and acceptance. It's about recognizing the narratives we've come to believe about ourselves, challenging their authenticity, and then letting them go to unveil a more genuine self. By freeing ourselves from these limiting labels, we not only expand our horizons and possibilities but also pave the way for a more inclusive and empathetic society where individuals are recognized for their unique essence rather than categorized boxes.

My labels are very deeply engrained.
I seek space to shed them, craving a braver, more free self. I wish my daydreams didn't often turn to forbidden or impossible scenarios. The owl and bunny cannot be lovers.
I really don't label myself in a negative way. I may be too hard on myself, or refer to a particular trait of mine that I would like to change. I also try not to give others labels; especially when I speak to them or even think about them. Are there labels I may not realize deep within me? Possibly. I've learned to work through them right away. I know I've reacted poorly in the past when I was labeled, or judged by others. Now I've come to know that a label will never define who I am. I know now that when others attract who I am in that way, that it's coming from a place within themselves. It has nothing to do with me.
