I have to let go of any negative energy or thoughts I have throughout the day.
Relaxing with each breath out before bed. It was nice to release tension and get comfortable. It was nice to take deep breaths.
I woke up a few hours later with a flood of information coming to my mind that I have been seeking from my younger years.
It was still very hard for me to fall asleep. But, for the first time in a while, I slept the whole night through without waking up. Yah!
I learned that I need some sort of calm noise to block out sudden other noises during the night that wake me up.
Removing toxic energy and relaxing
It is possible to put yourself to sleep or least relax by breathing in deeply.
I feel very relaxed and I feel like I’m in the galaxy floating and breathing better than ever! This helped me so much
And I learned to never be to tensed or anxious about everything that’s going through your mind or irl just need to let everything an everybody go..even if it hurt at first but they just gotta go..
Being conscious of my breathing helps me to appreciate the day that’s come to a close.
I noticed that when focusing on my breathing I was able to relax more. Allowing my mind to slow down.
Release toxic energy sleep
There is a lot of toxic energy in me that I need to let go. And I feel way better and calmer because I usually get super stressed about everything. But the meditation works really good
Letting the today rest.
I learned that I have racing thoughts that I’ve carried throughout the day. This meditation allowed me to calm those thoughts for tonight and relax.
Release and sleep
I felt so at ease listening to her voice. It’s very hard for me to let go and relax. But she is amazing !!

Stretching and pausing is something I rarely do before sleep
It helps to stop scrolling and pause and breathe and stretch
Breathing does a lot for me. I was so angry and unhappy but just taking some time to take care of myself and just a short moment, 3 minutes of me time, just relaxing and breathing and self compassion helped me see things just that much more positively.
Dopamine (or whatevs) Hits
I felt a pop of Dopamine (or whatevs) when I read the sentence saying we’ll collaborate, work together, it legit made me smile out loud, a couple diff times, too.
