This morning's meditation will guide you in releasing the struggle and creating more space for ease. Take a deep breath in, and as you do, gently notice the tension in your body. Where are you holding on tight? Where are you gripping, clenching, resisting? Now, take a moment to bring your awareness to your hands. Imagine them tightly clenched, tightly holding onto something... As you breathe in deeply, feel your hands begin to soften. Let the tension in your fingers begin to melt. Let the tightness you’ve been holding onto start to loosen, with each breath, release just a little more.
