This morning meditation will guide you to release the fear of change and welcome change with peace. Find a quiet space where you can truly relax, where you can leave behind the demands of your day. Take a long, Deep breath in, allowing your body to settle. With each breath, release all that you’re holding—just let them drift away. Now, close your eyes and let your body soften into this space. Let go of any tension you might be harboring— Starting with your shoulders. Feel them drop, melting down your back.
