This is a practice for releasing fear. Fear is energy that just like every feeling and emotion is designed to move throughout the body and out of the body. Because Fear is dense energy many times it stays in the body for a long time and we recycle it with stories and thoughts (which can lead to depression and anxiety.) We’ll use a slow nostril breathing method for this practice to release fear.
