Why do I always worry or as my therapist says, why are you afraid of failure?
I fight three things on a daily basis: negative self talk which sometimes creates anxiety or a panic attack, procrastination because I’m not sure what to do or don’t feel “good” enough to do it and time management. What I learned today was at times I need to draw a circle around myself and gather positive thoughts and actions to bring a positive flow to my day. I also need to begin scheduling time to do my new breathing exercises.
