Taking time to care for yourself is one of the most important things you can do. Use this short meditation to take a self-care break.

So restorative to take a few minutes to stop moving, stop thinking, and appreciate another day above the sod. Namaste

Reinforcing Goodness
Sensing the air filling my lungs on the inhale and emptying on the exhale, I settled into this moment. This moment of surrender. This moment of peace. This moment of letting be. Shifting my focus from the breath to something that brought a smile to my face, I was reminded of the smile my momโ€™s dog had on his face earlier as we danced in the living room. Replaying this experience on the screen behind my closed eyes brought ripples of joy throughout my body. I thought about what I could do today to reinforce this goodness I was feeling. Immediately, I thought qigong. Qigong, or energy work is an ancient mindful movement practice that releases blocks in our energetic field so we are more aligned with the flow of everything. Yes, thatโ€™s what Iโ€™ll do to reinforce goodness today! Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ

Daily work break
I have already started intentionally taking a daily work break and it really helps to bring me back to center and focus on being kind to myself. It also is an instant tension release on more difficult days.

Ready
I'm ready for my day. I choose happy. A positive, gentle voice was perfect. Short and simple.

Perfect work break
Just the right amount of time to take a quick break and reset, and to relax for a moment.
