Mediation
I’d be in a world of hurt without mediation, relaxation therapy, focused breath, biofeedback, whatever it is... it has worked for me for some 40 years now. It helps reduce my BP, pulse, tension, stress, pain, anger, etc while aid in increasing my poor ability to breath. Even the drs can tell it works. They witness it happen in sheer seconds, not minutes. Thank you ☺️ Lord, for this gift, along with tai chi, yoga, acupuncture, massage, osteopathic manipulation, and whatever else works positively for the body, mind , and soul.
