Relaxation is an art and a science. By relaxation we mean a release of tension in both the mind and the body for a period of time to allow complete rest and revitalization. Like sleep, only these days we tend to go to bed with so much tension that we wake up feeling exhausted. It's a life changing thing to get to relax. It means more enjoyment of life and smoother relationships.

It actually helped me relax!!🙀😏 It tells you about breathing and all I wanted to do was relax my whole life. If that was a job I would totally do that for a living

Inhale your future, exhale your past...
With each breath we must inhale our future and exhale our past. The lifting your shoulders up to your ears and wearing them like earrings while you breath in and letting them go while you exhale is a beautiful and powerful exercise. With each breath let's remember to inhale our future and exhale our past. Good morning.

This meditation and exercise caused an emotional response. I have a lot of releasing to do. As I did the forceful exhale and dropping my shoulders, tears formed in my eyes. This technique may help me release some aggression that comes along with my anxiety at times

I need to think about the things in life I do enjoy and spend more time on those things.
I need to concentrate more on the things that make me happy not the things that frustrate me. I do enjoy my job so I need to think about what I do like and go from there.

I learned that my subconscious is stronger than I think and I need to trust it and God to have my mind come up with what it needs too at the moment it needs too and I don’t need to spend time thinking and planning every just in case scenario

I learned that one must be willing to help his or herself to heal invisible wounds and trust others. Forgiveness is a stepping stone to recovery and living life to the fullest potential; trust is a two way street from forgiveness. I am still learning how to trust others and myself.

I woke up this morning with my neck feeling terrible. I began by enjoying the thoughts for meditation that were provided. And the exercise involving shoulders neck and breathing was amazing. So simple but right on target. Thank you!
