Relax the eyes
I always feel the tension around my eyes and forehead. Learning to relax this area is very beneficial. I could not get a sense of my eyes floating though. Have to keep trying.

This was a very cool meditation. I haven’t really ever paid attention to my eyes. Focusing on them floating was a cool sensation. Turns out, I put some tension in my eyes. Who knew?

Sensing your eyes floating is one of the best ways to relax the body. Visualizing or sensing my eyes floating was not immediately easy for me but I was able to begin to identify the tension within my eyes.

As soon as my eyes were relaxed I felt my third eye pulsating strongly. The last time I felt that was when I was in Ireland and felt like I knew the place intimately. Such a strong reaction - perhaps as was mentioned I have held all my tension in my eyes and forgotten I have another sense and finally it is no longer dormant. Thank you.

Ojos relajados
Últimamente la práctica de la meditación me ha provocado sensaciones diversas. Hay muchos momentos en los que me encuentro muy tranquilo y en paz conmigo mismo, pero hay otras en donde la ansiedad me consume. Es en estos momentos en los que de verdad acepto todo el caos que me rodea y acepto que aunque no lo puedo cambiar, no es algo que yo pueda cambiar del todo. Es lo que es y hay lo que hay de momento.
