In this breathwork session, we will use our breath to help us release both physical and mental stress, allowing our bodies to relax, release and reset. This breathwork session is perfect right before bed or any time you would like to experience a deep sense of relaxation. This session uses an active halo active breath pattern and is best done laying down in a safe and comfortable place where you won't be interrupted for the next 20 minutes. Lock into the beautiful mantra "calmness washes over me every breath that I take" and let the relaxation begin.
