Wow, I have never been able to just fall off to sleep. I spend hours laying in pain and my mind going into overdrive on all the negative things in my life and how do I change them. Today was no exception I was so tired I had a bad night in pain and only managed to get up finish a cup of tea while my medication took hold. I had to go lay back down. I put this meditation on and it said 11mins I think. I don’t recall anything past probably 3-5mins. I was out like a light and I just woke feeling better. Still in lots of pain but in my mind feeling better. I am really kind of shocked 😳 happy though as I have lots of things I need to focus on and get done. So thank your so much and anyone reading this please try for yourself and if you don’t have the same success I had on my first time trying them try again I am sure it will work for you to.
