Stop projecting
I needed to relax my mind this morning, I was thinking about something that’s been bothering me. There’s nothing I can do about it right now and I was literally making up scenarios in my mind that haven’t happened. It’s called projecting and it doesn’t serve me right now so I should STOP! Thanks 🙏 Irene, this meditation was helpful💙

Difficult to understand
While the message is good, it is very difficult to understand the lady speaking due to a very strong accent. I am not being biased because I love the message. I just wish it was articulated more clearly.

A 7-minute relaxation delight!
Irene has done it again. I hear water and music in the background and I let myself have these 7 minutes just for me. My muscles slowly release the tension; I can feel it. My mind is focused on the words “let it go”, and I start thinking about peace and tranquillity. Nearing the end of the meditation, I want it to continue because I feel so good at this very moment. This is a wonderful meditation to save and listen to even when I’m feeling absolutely wonderful. It really enhances the experience of doing something just for yourself. Namaste. ❤️

Floating...
Irene’s voice has such a mesmerizing tone... it is the vibration of L O V E ... ahhh... I found myself floating along slowly on my magic carpet. Not going anywhere special but just slowly floating along. Focusing on her voice she encourages me to relax even more, so I decide to lay down on my back to watch the clouds. My carpet seems to know where to fly me, so I totally allow my muscles to relax and feel myself sinking into the carpet and as I breathe even deeper I melt into the fibers of the carpet and become one with it. I can feel the slight breeze all over my body as I gently glide along without a care just floating... ❤️🤤🍀

The perspective of this meditation expressed why I do this in a powerful way. Sometimes meditation is like a chore or like taking vitamins or something. I forget to enjoy it. This is an important meditation to bring it back. Thank you, Irene!

When I began this meditation, my muscles in my neck and shoulders were so tight that they were aching. After allowing myself to settle into Irene’s soothing meditation, my muscles are much more relaxed. So much better. Thank you, Irene! 🙏 🌸♥️

I felt stressed

I have been suffering a migraine today due to mt PCS and trying to work. I did this meditation at lunch and pain has eased. I feel more relaxed.

Soothing yet Invigorating
This meditation is soothing yet invigorating. Before this meditation, I felt exhausted, burdened by the assignments ahead of me. This meditation woke me up and calmed my nerves. Now, I feel as fresh as if I had woken up on a sunny weekend morning, but the rain is still here. The only difference is I see the rainbow through the rain.
