I am usually a good listener with my friends, whenever they tell me something they’re feeling bad about, I always know how to comfort them and make them feel better. But when i try to do that with myself i end up of deep thinking that makes me regret stuff, after this session I realized that, and I decided to talk to myself just like when I talk to a friend,. Self love is beyond being perfect or even good, it’s something deeper than that, it is self forgiveness, realizing that no matter how much you lose you should not lose yourself. Your mistakes build you, widen your thoughts, and makes you a better person. Just let go, and work hard.
