Chakra Breathing
I was able to envision m breath as a color, making it easier to focus on my breath. This helped me become aware of my needs in different areas while not taking away from the meditation. 🧘🏻
Beautiful balance
This meditation is full of color, balance, and instep. I was able to coordinate my breathing with the visualization of my chakras and identify my needs and my strengths.
