In your mind's eye, I want you to imagine your desires; doing work that you love, traveling, being in love, gardening, being healthy and fit in your body. Whatever it may be, it is time to create it the way you want it to be.

I can do anything! My thoughts aren’t enough I must also include my entire body. Just thinking positive is not enough, my entire body must be included.

All must be aligned to reach our visions. Rehearse who you really want to be. Feel it! Really feel it! Mind, body and soul. Deep down in your soul. I didn't know how important all three are to each other. We won't get to where we want to go with just meditation. Working from the neck up! I learned a lot. That was good.
