I have a hard time getting into bed at night. Try to set a time for this but usually end up going to sleep near midnight. I know very well that a good night's sleep is good for me!! My watch registers
I learned that sleeping more is benefitial for me but find closing down the day is difficult. Am very worried about my country's political and socio economic situation(Argentina) Tend to look at TV political programmes before going to bed. I register how much, and how I have slept on my watch and cell phone next morning.
