Who love that I can feel my breathing in my lungs my head my throat my chest my stomach my back and even in my hips my shoulders and my arms relax re-focusing on what’s important for my body

Never inhale or exhale the same breathe
Our breathe is an opportunity to refresh and reset and look at something with fresh new eyes. Personally I found this meditation hard to resonate with as I did not find the ladies voice or tone very relaxing..

I have a lot of issues with distraction, and I found this practice helpful to clear my head. I liked the idea of focusing on the individual parts of The in breath and exhale. It serves that’s a nice reminder that every individual moment is unique and worthy of my focus and attention. I appreciate that life coach went out of the way to emphasize this point

Great refocus!
Like others have commented, I also sometimes get distracted & it’s harder to focus on the meditation some mornings so this one was great! Focusing on your breathe really helps me pause.
