It was good to be reminded that every inhale and exhale is new and unique...just like snowflakes. Every moment is also a new opportunity.🙏
Who love that I can feel my breathing in my lungs my head my throat my chest my stomach my back and even in my hips my shoulders and my arms relax re-focusing on what’s important for my body
Never inhale or exhale the same breathe
Our breathe is an opportunity to refresh and reset and look at something with fresh new eyes.
Personally I found this meditation hard to resonate with as I did not find the ladies voice or tone very relaxing..
I did this exercise and was able to fully focus on my breath without wandering thoughts. Yah for me. Thank you!
I can be still and breathe. I have the ability to refocus my mind to breathe.
Learning to refocus
I have a lot of issues with distraction, and I found this practice helpful to clear my head. I liked the idea of focusing on the individual parts of The in breath and exhale. It serves that’s a nice reminder that every individual moment is unique and worthy of my focus and attention. I appreciate that life coach went out of the way to emphasize this point￼￼￼
Like others have commented, I also sometimes get distracted & it’s harder to focus on the meditation some mornings so this one was great! Focusing on your breathe really helps me pause.
Never thought about each breathe as a brand new never again breath,
Learned something new about breathing. Every breath is unique to itself.

This exercise in the focus of your breath throughout the body, really helps to ground you and release any anxieties or tension. Love this!
