Never inhale or exhale the same breathe
Our breathe is an opportunity to refresh and reset and look at something with fresh new eyes. Personally I found this meditation hard to resonate with as I did not find the ladies voice or tone very relaxing..

I have a lot of issues with distraction, and I found this practice helpful to clear my head. I liked the idea of focusing on the individual parts of The in breath and exhale. It serves thatโ€™s a nice reminder that every individual moment is unique and worthy of my focus and attention. I appreciate that life coach went out of the way to emphasize this point๏ฟผ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ

Great refocus!
Like others have commented, I also sometimes get distracted & itโ€™s harder to focus on the meditation some mornings so this one was great! Focusing on your breathe really helps me pause.
