Often, we fight against change and give ourselves lots of stress by doing that. Instead, I'd like to invite you to notice that change is all around you at all times, and to welcome that - go with the river, rather than trying to swim against the current.

Reflecting on Change
I especially liked the idea of being reminded that breathing and our heart beat are changes our body goes through all the time. That statement caused me to realize that change is actually essential to our lives. This was an excellent meditation for me because I am in the midst of preparing for big changes. For the first time I see that these changes are essential, too.

Change is a constant in life. We may fight against it but still change comes. To accept change can be difficult especially when unexpected or what we perceive as a negative change. Our body accepts change and rolls with it. We need to do the same.

It’s nice to be reminded that change is always happening. It’s nothing to fear as what you are fearing will change.

Change Happens Everyday
When you least expect it; change happens everyday. We are constantly changing and improving ourselves for the better. That’s why I work out everyday because I want to improve myself we all can change it’s up to you if you want to make it happen
