We can sometimes feel so lost in our mind, so caught up in thoughts that we completely disconnect from our body. When we can begin to bring our awareness back into the body it can help to break the unhelpful thought cycles, it can help you to feel more grounded and present. It can also help you tap into your intuition and connect with who you really are.  Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. These meditations are not a substitute for that but can be used along side therapy to help to support you. Regenerating...
This was a wonderful experience & a very well structured meditation! She has a pleasant voice and gave very specific instructions with a nice easy pace. Starting with calling awareness to my hands and eventually going thru my whole body... I could feel a thick layer of Energy take over where my skin used to be. It was interacting & communicating both with the inside space of my body and the outside space around me. Reminded me of when I used to have a waterbed and you could like ‘float’ on the waves, except this was a lighter, pillow-like layer of electrified air but in a nice way, not shocking. Then it started pulsating within this 2” thick electric skin around my whole body in rhythm with my heartbeat! This seemed to last forever. Very relaxing to the point I had some muscles twitching while they were unloosen themselves. Very soothing & regenerating. I feel GREAT now, like I already had a full nights sleep!! Very cool indeed...😎 ❤️☮️🍀

Pixel blocks
Focussing on the sensations in my body was a little difficult for me, so instead I imagined my body was made up of little red pixel blocks and the goal was for me to turn the pixel blocks green. To do this, I had to release the tension in that specific area. This helped significantly as then it gave me something to focus on and I could then feel the sensations as I slowly relaxed.
