I Am the Awareness
I am comfortable being the observer of my body. Today I saw my emotions, a little anxiety, a little unease about the coming day, as an observer. Finally we looked at our thoughts, remembering that we are not our thoughts, emotions, or body. If we are not our thoughts or emotions, what’s left? Awareness, I suppose. My challenge today is to observe myself as the awareness of thoughts and emotions. I wonder how that impacts my day?

Some of this was good
I was not a fan of this at all. Some of it didn’t make sense to me that I am just observing my thoughts and feelings and all this. Yes being aware of your emotions because you are not your emotions I can get behind for sure. But my ideas and (some of) my thoughts make me who I am as a person. I am not just this breathing vessel experiencing these things.... maybe I didn’t understand the point of it but not for me.

A real scary meditation!
“You are not your body - you are the awareness, the observer of the sensations of this body”. Well, I AM actually my body, I AM my embodied mind, my body is part of my identity. My soul cannot unfold and grow without being embodied. The intention to seperate the observer from the sensations and emotions is quite clear and maybe good-minded but dangerous and unhealthy for traumatized people with tendencies to dissociation. And what about psychopaths with their lack of empathy? It gets me creeping horrors. To feel healthy self-love and healthy boundaries, I need a strong loving connection with my body - to feel reality! It’s okay for self reflection and for calmness to have distance but this can be ambivalent. From Buddha to Monster is getting very closed. Please, check again, dear Aurateam!

I get the meditation but I think it needs to be tweaked. I know I am not my thoughts but a soul observing my thoughts. However, these thoughts are not so disconnected from my soul. They are a reflection of my soul. It is when God redeems my soul, my thoughts start to reflect that redemption. I am one being, not two. Very confusing meditation and not true to the human experience.

I don’t think I interpreted this one as intended. Basically, my takeaway was that I am only an observer of my life, and not an active participant. Maybe I’m not far enough along in my mindfulness practice, but I don’t just want to be an observer, and if that is what mindfulness is, then it might not be for me???

I learned that it is important for us to step back and remember that we are the observer of our thoughts and feelings. The things that we think and feel do not define who we truly are. This mediation was a great one to start my morning off! I truly feel refreshed and more connected with myself. This is such a great reminder going through the week this week. To not let our thoughts and emotions have control over us. We need to stay grounded and let go and know that there are things that are out of our control. I have a body. Life energy flows thru it. Yet I am not that body, for if part of my body would be removed... I could still be. Therefore, I am not my body I have a mind. My brain transforms input from my senses into electrical impulses that makes my mind aware of things going on around my body. Yet if I lose use of one of my senses I would still be. Therefore, I am not my mind But I am a soul, that is being made aware of my surroundings through my body & mind and capable of choosing where I want to direct my Energy to flow. After reading my reflection 10 months ago on this meditation, I was prompted to listen again. This is a meditation where we learn what we are and what we are not. In learning what we are not, we are free to experience our inner-body and the connection with our Source. Becoming aware of sensations in the body, I am reminded that I am not this body, but rather the observer of experiencing sensations in my physical body. Becoming aware of any emotions, I am reminded that I am not emotions, but rather the observer of experiencing emotions. Becoming aware of any thoughts, I am reminded that I am not thoughts, but rather the observer of experiencing thoughts. The Truth is that I am the observer of experiencing all of these things at any given moment. Being the observer paves the way to my inner-body, the place where I experience enlightenment. Having this inner-body awareness keeps me rooted within which in turn, keeps me in the here and now. In the here and now, I am free from the constraints of the mind. It takes us being observers and knowing that we have the power to rule the mind instead of being ruled by the mind to have inner-body awareness. Once we obtain this inner-body awareness and are rooted within, we can and will experience a whole new way of living. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

I had a few off days the last couple of days, I didn’t feel like meditating, I didn’t feel like doing anything productive even though I have so much to do. I would play my meditations only to not pay attention to them. I felt very disconnected and kind of wanted to be that way. I felt guilty for doing so but at the same time I didn’t care. Now it’s Monday, a mental restart for me. I can attempt to bring back some normality and routine. I can bring back some better moods and better productivity. This meditation was very helpful and enlightening. I need to remember I am only the observer of my thoughts, emotions and physical senses. Using a method of mental projection when I closed my eyes helped me see my body as an outer source and my soul as another.

Awake with interpersonal perception and a calm understanding; -I am the soul becoming aware that this is not happening to me... ...I am experiencing all of this moment. Like a Witness of the feelings of physical and non physical thoughts. Whenever a practice seems to be effective and I canfeel my mind actually soak up the idea being presented with ease. Thus I find My ability to appreciate my own emotional issues is really amazing. Thank you for this🐛😌☁️🦋

Emotionally I feel like I’m drained I wanna go somewhere start a new life with a wholesome of positivity I cry myself to sleep at nights it’s all because of my physical and mental personality and I miss someone Missing him and I’m not able to see him hear his voice is the heartache that never goes away He is My Abbu(DaD) He was/is one in a million and his appreciation cannot be measured Everything I do remains me of him I can’t wait until i meet him again but he doesn’t want me to see in pain So for his sake I just want to change myself I miss you and I love you Dad❤️

I’m seriously thinking about less stress because meditation is always helping me
I’m seriously thinking about things that stress me out less because meditation is always helping me relax and stay calm and quiet and I pray through out my day morning lunch breakfast and dinner and I try to let god say you know hey don’t worry I am here with you and I’m here for you and things are fine and I am feeling less tired and less stressed out and I love that relaxing music and the color blue that is why I love meditations
