This meditation connects us to the inhale which reminds us to inspire & receive that which serves us and the exhale which reminds us to let go and release that which no longer serves our healing and the highest good of all.

Deepen the breathe
I learned I am able to be present in the now and focus on attributes I wish to receive in and ones I wish to let go. I enjoyed this meditation very much.

Adding and Letting Go
I did have trouble with my mind wandering, but I liked the concepts. I need to visit this one a couple of times over the next few weeks to better focus. And... what DO I want to bring into my life? What AM I trying to expel? My focus will improve if I can figure those things out.

Today matters 🌅💙🌞
There is truth in the phrase, “if it doesn’t serve you today it doesn’t matter” this is the phrase I need to remember when my mind goes wondering to situations that bother me. Breathing, repeating positive affirmations, staying present and being mindful are most important. 🙏

I felt...
I felt myself feeling more grateful for the little things ( which tied into my meditation yesterday), and slowly allowing myself the feelings that will serve me best. This allowed me to simultaneously let go of feelings that don’t serve me.

Patience
I wanted to rush through this meditation, and it forced me to slow down. It’s another reminder of why I practice meditating, along with being present, receiving and letting go. Instead of looking ahead or holding onto the past, I can experience the now more fully, and reap the benefits of that

This practice was very timely for me today. I have struggled with letting go of a relationship, and I am finally turning a corner. This practice helped me to accept and receive what I need and let go of what I don’t need in my life.

Inhale confidence, exhale self doubt
The long moments of silence were an excellent challenge, to keep on task and recognize, name, then gently bring my mind back when it wandered, am on my own. Namaste

Receiving and letting go
Was not my favorite meditation. I think I like more when someone is speaking through the whole time. I actually felt anxious when it was so silent. Or perhaps I need to learn how to be more present in the moment. ?

Receive, Let Go, and Give
A good intention for the day, to be aware as I go through the day- what is available to me that I want to accept, what is available inside me to release, and what is available inside me to give. Namaste

Taking it all in
When I connect with a message, my thoughts, feelings and actions are impacted. I am learning how to let things flow through me so I become a responder and not a reactor. When I let go I responder better. My emotions, thoughts and actions lead to a wise decision.

Trust
With every in breath I breathed trust and every out breath I tried letting go of anxiety. That's my main goal now I think. With every meditation it gets easier to bring my focus back again when my mind wanders off.

Letting Go
It is a start, but there are still a lot of feelings I would like to work on letting go of. Maybe with practice this will get easier.

Day 21
I have not done this in awhile but giving myself the time to just sit and be was pretty nice. There was no earth shifting learning. I just took a moment out of the day for myself.

Receiving and Letting Go
The exhale is powerful to release with intention that burden I’m holding on to. Breathing out deeply, audibly, I felt lighter. And present. Grateful for my higher power.

I am still feeling tense. I need to learned to relax,
because I want to know my soul, my body and myself. I did noticed that my meditation is for 7/minutes, however it only did for 4 minutes. I wanted to know why?

Receiving and Letting Go
What a wonderful breath practice to take with me throughout the day. Breath in what I need and let go if what I do not! I spend so much time being full of so many things that I do not need that I have no room to receive what I need for myself

Catch and Release
Interesting to contemplate- oxygen that we need for life we cannot keep. We take it in, process it, extract what we need from it, change what’s left, then release it. And all that takes place in just a few heartbeats, over and over and over and over...is strength, confidence, peace similar? Is it natural that these ebb and flow as well and need to be constantly rejuvenated from outside as well as internal elements? It would explain a lot. Namaste

Receiving...
It’s been a chaotic morning of sorts. My mind has been preoccupied with thoughts about our Aura friend, Matt and his upcoming surgery today and my dog, Montee and his unexpected unusual behavior this morning. After a trip to the vet, Montee received a shot to lower his temperature as well as antibiotics. After this chaotic morning, I needed some time to find peace and balance myself once again. And, this wonderful meditation did just that. Focusing on my inhale, I began thinking of everything I am grateful for right now. I began receiving gratitude for this breath. I began receiving gratitude that the vet was able to squeeze me in this morning, rather than this afternoon. I began receiving gratitude for my mom’s help with handling Montee. And, thinking about my dear friend Matt, I began receiving gratitude for our friendship. Receiving this gratitude, my body, mind and soul transformed from feeling off kilter and blah to feeling balanced and alive. With every exhale, I let go of anything that was standing in my way of feeling alive, of feeling at peace and most importantly, of Being in the Now. With receiving this new sense of balance and aliveness, I will now send out well wishes to my friend, Matt for a successful surgery today and a speedy recovery as well as to my beautiful boy, Montee for feeling better very soon. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Presence
I’ve been going through a rough breakup and the thing I’ve struggled with this week is to stay present. I know it is a journey, so I try to have a lot of self love and patience for myself and this meditation allowed me to breathe in strength while letting go of my past situation.

Creating space for peace
No matter how tired or worried you might think you are about something . Nothing is to big or to small to just take time regain the inner peace you are searching for . Pausing and allowing myself to be still is part of me taking care of what matters to be . My peace of mind

Power of Being Present
It was nice to focus on the breathe. Breathing in and inviting in feelings with our inhale. Something we could like to receive that serves us. Strength, peace, clarity, happiness. Exhaling things that no longer serve us.

Receiving and letting go
I am thankful to have this mediation this morning. It teaches me about the good things about myself and to let go of the negative actions that I am sometimes not fully aware that I do. I shall continue to teach myself taking in good things and letting go of the not so good actions that I do.

Minimalism
I learned that I don’t need things to make me happy or many people. I’m interested in simple living in every area of my life makes me feel happier. I learned that a year isn’t that long a time and so developed a healthy relationship with presence, timing, and in this case history. I learned that people are afraid including myself (but not so much anymore) and this fear can only be surmounted if we surpass our own expectations. I learned that if self expression is the highest form of freedom; then forgiveness is it’s brother. Most people can’t forgive others because they can’t forgive themselves. I learned that many things do not matter but those that do matter a lot. And I intend to focus on the things that actually do.

Self Care...
This particular meditation is very useful for checking in on oneself. It’s a fantastic way to see where your mind/body/soul/spirit are and if you’re in balance. Really felt like a beautiful moment of self care and I am here for it! Thank you so much for sharing your gift of guided meditation. I am infinitely grateful for your time, energy and gentle loving voice. ✨🙏🏼✨

Receiving and letting go
It reminded me to open myself up to receiving and to let go of things that don’t serve me anymore with just simply inhaling the positive and exhaling the negative.
