Calm & Centered
Every emotion has a particular breath associated with it. So, the breath is a very good indicator of how we are feeling in each moment. That is, if we connect with our constant companion.
In this short, yet powerful meditation, we learn a breath technique designed to calm and center ourselves. I found it to be a variation of the box breath without a pause at the end of the exhale. I could sense my body becoming more calm and centered as I did this breath technique. I wonder if there is a name to it? Thank you for introducing me to it, Chris!
