Radiance sutras
Nice start to the morning with words from an ancient yogic text. Words of wisdom still. To appreciate what is all around us a โ€œfeast for the sensesโ€. Let us all appreciate what we have right now. See it, feel it, hear it, smell it and taste it. Let us all enjoy the holiday season using all our senses! Merry Christmas!

Remembering
My greatest challenge in life is enjoying the pleasures of the world while at the same time remembering I are not of the world I am just in it for a short time. We are more than our physical selves. This sutra reminds us to bring this knowledge into daily awareness.

Feasting...
What a relatable and enjoyable session. The sutras offers great wisdom that can be practiced by any for the small price of being Mindful, living in the Now and taking it all in. Why not feast all day, every day until our senses are full... and not gain a pound! I see pleasing colors and shapes all the time. Smells of coffee & cooking, the sound of laughter or a dig barking... the feel of a fresh air I n your lungs... so much good to experience! The more Grateful we are for our experiences, the more experiences there are to be Grateful for. โค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ๐Ÿ€

Blessed by the Banquet
This is a wonderful meditation, if you are low on energy, all you have to do is close your eyes and listen to Sutra #50, which reminds us that we are blessed by the banquet of sights, sounds, aromas, textures and tastes that surround us each and every day. I am grateful for this reminder. ๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’ซ

The Banquet
Within each and every moment of our lives, there is a banquet that we can feast on with our senses. In one moment, the banquet may offer us with seeing an array of colors, such as in seeing a vibrant rainbow after a rain shower. In one moment, the banquet may offer us music to our ears, such as in hearing a songbird singing its beautiful song. In one moment, the banquet may offer us an aromatic wonderland, such as in smelling all of the ingredients meshed together in a freshly baked pie. In one moment, the banquet may offer us an explosion in our mouths, such as in tasting a delicious meal. In one moment, the banquet may offer us a caress, such as in touching a loved ones hand. And in one moment, the banquet may offer us feelings of joy, such as in receiving an unexpected gesture of kindness from a stranger. It is within these fleeting moments that make up our lives. The banquet is always there to offer us a feast for our senses if we only take the time to notice. Namaste โ˜ฎ๏ธโค๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Thank you for reminding me that the world has amazing things to offer as long as you are open to accepting them.

Recharge
In todayโ€™s lesson I learned the importance of how taking the time to reflect and relax the body and mind. Iโ€™ve been more and more reflective and positive whenever I mediate and Iโ€™ve never been more happy
