Quoting Anxiety and Panic
I really enjoy meditations where I’m using multiple senses, because it keeps me present in the meditation and grounded. I liked taking in my environment without judgement. The image of “popping anxiety like a bubble” and the phrase “right now I am safe” were both helpful.

Quieting Anxiety and Panic
To combat anxiety, one has to practice these meditations a lot. For me, anxiety doesn’t happen often the home where I do my meditation, but in the workplace. This means I have to practice a lot to train my mind to notice and recognize anxiety in other settings.
