Quoting Anxiety and Panic
I really enjoy meditations where I’m using multiple senses, because it keeps me present in the meditation and grounded. I liked taking in my environment without judgement. The image of “popping anxiety like a bubble” and the phrase “right now I am safe” were both helpful.

Quieting Anxiety and Panic
To combat anxiety, one has to practice these meditations a lot. For me, anxiety doesn’t happen often the home where I do my meditation, but in the workplace. This means I have to practice a lot to train my mind to notice and recognize anxiety in other settings.

Anxiety meditation
This really helps me calm down when there's so many peoples opinions of me swarming around my head. Sometimes I really let anxiety tear me apart but this helped to build my confidence back up again. I strongly recommend this !

Relaxing my mind.
This helped me to realize that I need to bring myself to the present while I am having anxiety.. though it is very hard distracting my mind from what worries me repeating to myself that “in this moment I am safe” calmed me down tremendously as well did the deep breathing.

Anxiety
I learned in the meditation/ life coaching for anxiety to think about the present. Are you safe now? Also I learned to think about the beauty within something not on the outside.

I am safe
I learned that anxiety comes from within, that my thoughts are not facts, and that I just have to look at my surroundings and trust my senses that I will be safe or I am safe I’m just misinterpreting what my brain is telling me.

Staying in the moment
I am constantly reminding myself to stay in the moment. I’m in the middle of planning my wedding and panic has taken a hold of me on many occasions, is this the right choice, the right thing to spend money on. This did help me realize though as long as I’m safe and so is my man who cares about the rest.

Thoughts vs Reality
I learned that thoughts are truly just thoughts, and they can be complete lies. I realized that just because you have a thought doesn’t mean it has any truth to it, even if your mind tries to trick you into thinking it matters.

Anxiety
This meditation kept stopping over and over. Not only did I find this to be difficult to deal with (I was never able to totally complete this meditation) but I also found this to be very frustrating. The end result is that it created additional anxiety; just the opposite of what I was hoping for.

Right Here Right Now
Letting go of fear about the future isn’t easy but it makes panic in the present more manageable. I think I tend to look to others in my life to make me feel safe, and that isn’t realistic. My anxiety comes from within and I have the power to manage it better.

Quieting Anxiety
This Coaching Session was so helpful for me this morning. My familiar feelings of panic & anxiety surged in me this Monday morning as I came into my office-trying to hurry up and get one thing done so that I can move on to the next task-then I saw the date and realized I needed to get started on another project. So helpful to go through the questions like “am I really in danger right now? She asked other questions and all my answers were no, so I realized at this moment I am safe. I was just panicking as I was getting ahead of myself. I just need to focus on one task at a time.

Day 14
I am worrying always of tomorrow. I forget to rejoice today. The patio I sit on. The fountain making a blurred barrage on the water in the distance. The plants my love tends to daily sitting silently, soaking the life she provides. The 2 bedroom apartment we have made from a house to a home. The laughter smiles and hugs. All of that seems to be shunted to the side by my fears. I know what I want. I know who I want.
B
Brianna
I was very happy with this
I learned that there is nothing to be scared in this moment and not to worry about the future or the past but to stay focused on the present

Anxiety
Anxiety lives in and below my throat chakra. It is a feeling of tightness and tension and difficulty breathing. The cause of my anxiety is both physical and emotional. It causes me to worry and my mind to fixate on worries. Stopping to oobserve my surroundings and be in the moment helps to calm me.
LA
Lorie-Anne
Tension
I was thinking about the past and tensing up so hard. It went aways when she said in this present moment are you safe, cause I remembered that I am. I had forgoten about my suronding and didn't even notice my cat laying besides me. Thanks, I needed to come back to reality.

Good reminder
I don’t normally have a problem with anxiety, but when I experience it, I don’t know what to do. It’s good to remember to remain aware of your surroundings and know that you are safe. Thoughts are not facts.

Reminder
Thoughts are not facts, they come and go. Whenever you feel anxiety building up take into account your surroundings and know that you are safe.

In this Moment
I learned that I need to appreciate this moment and small victories for what they are victories. I use to be the other way where I would always look at the overall negative picture and now in my hour of need I have to take every small victory as another step. Now let the overwhelming weight of the next step way on me. Even if some people want to constantly remind me of that weight.

Anxiety and Panic
I’ve been extremely anxious lately. I’m finding ways to deal with it. I just learned a lot with this 3 minutes meditation. Thoughts aren’t Facts. In this moment I’m safe and present. I need to stop worrying about the future because I don’t know what it holds.

Anxiety
I have a huge problem with anxiety but this meditation did help me feel protected and calmer then I would usually feel so next time I have a anxiety attack I would most likely use this session or at least incorporate some of the things in it like noticing the surroundings and taking deep breaths.

I am safe
I learned to be in the present because anxiety and worry are often caused by future events. To ask myself am I safe right here in this moment? To be aware and take note of the colors and shapes of my environment to distract and ground myself in the present. I am safe.

Anxiety
I really learned that I should do the exercise that requires me to notice my surroundings and my senses. Also just the simple repetition of “i am safe” was very helpful. Even the balloon pooping as the anxiety into clear skies helped

Thoughts are not Facts
I really needed to hear this. My thoughts are not facts and hold no concrete evidence. I’ve been worried all day about my daughter fearing she may have something wrong with her because she’s been blinking excessively. I took her to have her eyes checked and was informed it was dry eyes. In my mind I’ve already decided that it must be something worse. So I start looking for other things that could be wrong. However, none of this is factual. They’re just thoughts I’ve come up with. There’s no evidence, yet I am wasting my time worrying about something that may not be true. This brought me back to reality and I will definitely listen to it again.

If it's not anxiety, what is it?
The things Cindy mentions about anxiety don't really seem to be what I'm experiencing. I'm upset. Angry, I guess? Maybe I don't really know shat’s going on inside me anymore. I do know that I'm sick to death of waiting for others to actually follow through with their stated actions! Do their damned jobs! Every day feels like another wasted day where I cannot move forward with my life. I'm ready to put this horrible life experience behind me finally. But for some reason I’m not allowed to!

I find this also helps if you find some other activities to do and drink sweet tea in the tone and peaceful quiet place so just go outside and make a garden or just sit outside and deep breathe and exhale or while drinking your sweet tea also remember to use four sugar cubes along with thinking calmly and soothing thoughts so think of yourself at a beach yes the sun goes down and lose all of your tears just fadeaway and just release them in with them disappear into the night and you should be fine.

Anxiesty is about worrying about the future.

I am safe
This is a nice little moment to remind yourself, I am safe. I’ve learned anxiety is the sympathetic, flight or fight system being aroused. Reminding myself I am safe and shifting my focus back to my breath shifts me away from anxiety and allows the sympathetic nervous system to take over.

Thoughts 💭
This spoke to me most: “Anxious thoughts are not facts”. Anxiety becomes a far too familiar fear of future (including past repetition). Knowing anxiety issues (and therefore ripple effects of emotional and mentally become that it’s familiar means it will pass in time! I was not particularly anxious to much extreme prior to this life coaching exercise, but the coaching aspect/subjective advice really helps with confidence!

Strategies
This meditation is chock-full of useful strategies to quiet the voice in your head that tells you it is necessary to worry about the future. It is not, and in order to live your happiest life, that voice must be silenced. Each person is different: what triggers their anxiety, the severity of the response, and what strategies are effective in calming them down. There is no cure-all. The only way to learn how to cope with your anxiety is to continue to try different strategies until you find one that works in a given situation.

Changes
Often times, anxiety is caused by the constant worry of the future -the repercussions of our actions. There’s nothing anyone can say to someone who suffers from this disease that ail us, impede us from living. Just take a deep breath in, hold it, & then exhale. Your problems might not be washed away, but this exercise might help you clear your head & find peace within yourself. Enjoy life with this new perspective & acceptance.

Background panic
I found some resistance to allowing myself to feel safe, even for a moment. This helped me to acknowledge that I live in a state of being with fear and panic as the background noise, it is what I am familiar with, so in its own way is a comfort zone for me. Feeling discomfort while opening to feeling safe let me know I don’t trust feeling a sense of ease and safety. This is a very valuable lesson for me- not that I know what to do with it yet lol:)

Sense?
The 5 senses (at least in my opinion) are probably the best way to calm a person down because there’s just no shortage of random things to observe. There’s just not enough space in your head to focus, really focus on your environment and be anxious at the same time.

Safety
I learned that I can quiet my mind effectively and quickly. It can be important to look at the simple facts during an anxious moment or even during a panic attack. Knowing you are safe in this exact moment is often times helpful.

I always have felt sad, mean/evil, and angry all my life. I am trying this to help save my family from my wrath in the morning and any time of day!!!
This may be the thing to help my family out from the wrath I get from trying to cope with stress, anxiety, and my emotions. I downloaded this app to my curse of how I cope with all these things that others find easy. Without this app I might have gone haywire with my family. Thank you creators of this app. You saved lives.

I am A Time Traveler
I learned that my mind time travels so easily. I’ve been to the future, and the past. My feet struggle to walk in the present. My mind struggles to follow a path of positivity. Today I learned to close my eyes and ground myself..acknowledging my safety. Surrendering to the possibilities.

I learned that to relax, I must be laing quietly and not moving or fidgeting. I have a tendency to be too worked physical and too hot, so I can't lie still.

I felt calm when I took the time to put
My hand on my heart and focus on my breathing. I still found myself gravitating towards feeling My chest and seeing if there was anything there. My hope would be to get to a place where I stop body checking and acknowledge that I am safe until otherwise.

Medo
Mesmo com medo do futuro, o que importa é o presente. O que importa é onde estou, como estou e quem está comigo.

Worrying about things that haven’t happened yet are emotions- not facts. Focusing on this exact moment doesn’t allow for anxious thoughts.

Anxiety relief
I wouldn't be able to listen to this during panic attack. It would trigger me more. But it is nice to listen and learn so I could talk to myself like this during panic attack.
