So much to be grateful for!
The beautifully simple technique shared in this meditation - shifting from our head to our heart - to calm our minds and anxiety was really profound. And for me it opened up another realization that when I focus on my heart and the things I have to be grateful for, I realize that I don’t need to be so anxious all the time. I will take this technique with me through my day, and return to this session again and again. Namaste 🙏🏼
