So much to be grateful for!
The beautifully simple technique shared in this meditation - shifting from our head to our heart - to calm our minds and anxiety was really profound. And for me it opened up another realization that when I focus on my heart and the things I have to be grateful for, I realize that I donโ€™t need to be so anxious all the time. I will take this technique with me through my day, and return to this session again and again. Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Grateful in my Grief
There is so much grief and heartache when I think of someone I love most and what I am grateful for. Itโ€™s perplexing how intertwined all of it can be. Grief, Love, Heartache and Gratitude.

Silent pauses
I loved that this meditation had silent pauses in-between instructions. It gave me the time to really focus on the heart space. I liked the emphasis on shifting from head to heart space.

Love
Love is complicated. Many emotions arise when focusing on one person. Some qualities that I adore and others that make my nervous system tighten up. I trued this thinking of with family and friends โ€”same feelings surfaced. Realize need to embrace the person for who s/he is โ€” no judgement
