When I first started listening to this meditation I could hear in the voice that it was a peaceful adventure. Then I realized it was a nighttime meditation. In my case, it’s morning and with all the thoughts that are going in my mind, it was nice to be able to shut down for a few mins and catch my breath. Thank you very much!
