This breathwork track is designed specifically for those of us who identify as over-thinkers. During this exercise, our intention will be to release our thoughts, quiet our minds,s and connect with our bodies. We will use a triactive breath pattern which is a three-part breath, all through your mouth, continuously throughout this exercise. You will need a quiet space, where you have room to lay down and the space to breathe and feel for the next 15 minutes. It is safe to slow down. It is safe to turn it off. It is safe to be present in this moment and in your body.

Not for me
I did not enjoy this meditation. Her voice is very nasally and rather annoying. I could not relax while listening to her, unfortunately.
