In this recording, we are going to do some confidence-building affirmations. These are great if you need a little confidence boost before an event or something important you need to do where you might be feeling a little unsure of yourself. In order for affirmations to really work it helps to see them, say them, and then feel them. So while we are saying them together today, really tune into the feeling of them and hold the feeling for the moment.
