Join me as we explore a mindfulness exercise to pair a new action or activity to a habit already well-established. Pairing habits or goals together increases the likelihood that we can create and maintain a new behavior. In this track we quiet our mind, take deep breaths, relax the body, and listen to our heart to pair our new goal to daily behaviors.
