Join me as we explore a mindfulness exercise to work towards finding the "why" in our lives. We ask ourselves, "why do we get out of bed each day?" and try to connect with a purpose that will motivate us to be our best selves. In this track we quiet our mind, take deep breaths, relax the body, and listen to our heart to find the why in our lives that we need.

Finding your why
I'm looking forward to the rest of this series. Tips to a better life. In this session, it was nice breathing, closed eyes, and pondering the questions asked. Such as, "Why do I get up every morning?" Or "What does my life look like in 5 years?" I enjoyed this. I'm opening up to endless possibilities for myself.
