Join me as we explore a mindfulness exercise to be kind to ourselves. For a lot of us, we tend to be rigid and unforgiving when we don't achieve our goals. By adopting 3 principles: noticing negative self-talk, adopting words of encouragement, and allowing for setbacks, we move with more ease through our daily goals. Allow this track to help motivate you to achieve your dreams through self-kindness.

Kindness goes a long way
I learned that kindness can be helpful not only to those you interact with, but self satisfaction as well.
Feeling good about myself and my new job
I feel like I can be proud of myself for choosing my own path, for taking on a new career opportunity and - rather than being afraid of expectations of others and engaging in negative self talk- I am looking forward to the new people I will get to meet, the positive new environment and being able to build further on my existing skills. This talk helped me to give myself a pat on the back, a compliment and some real talk to feel okay about taking things as they come without pushing myself too hard, or, being pushed too hardly. I got this.
