A good sinking

I really liked this quick meditation on sinking into bed . It helped me to become calm and forget the thoughts running in my head. Really was able to feel ready for sleep.

Pre sleep

Great way to prepare my body for sleep. It is amazing how when coached to let go you just relax and sink more. I am always surprised because I feel relaxed and yet when told exhale and relax more, I truly can relax even further.

More time to start

I need more time, I fidget a lot and tend to notice where I’m uncomfortable or itchy first before I can rest fully.

Sink into bed

I liked how this one told you was best to get in the bed before you do it and then to keep sinking into bed. I just did it really late at night because I need a good nights sleep. I look forward to doing it again seeing what I get out of it and remember the next time I do it.

Sleep mode

I noticed that by every outbreath my body became more heavy. I felt relaxed at the end. I’ll have a good night sleep with the support of my bed.

Loved it

I love Aura. And this track Just makes me love it more. Her voice and the things she was saying it all was so amazing

Tired

After this I feel like I can actually sleep now instead of being so restless

Relaxed

When listening to this I became so relaxed and calm. I could feel my body wanting to drift into a deep sleep and that is a very good thing.

At peace

I feel at peace, relaxed, and comfortable. Now I can get a good nights sleep before my busy day tomorrow 🌙

Will try again

I did this meditation outside tonight; something I haven’t done before. The heat of the day has subsided and there is a nice breeze. The sun has gone down, but it’s not quite dark yet. A perfect time for my before-bed session. NOT!!! The robins and starlings are so noisy tonight! I think they’re calling their families to come home for the night. Needless to say, I didn’t get much out of this session because of the distractions, but there’s always tomorrow. 🙏🌷

I suffer from depression and anxiety and this really helps me relax and let go.

Sleep...it alludes me! 😩 The meditation was peaceful, my mind is calm but I’m still awake. Even the sound of the rain outside is not helping. Sleep, find you I MUST!! 💪🏾

I’ve been struggling with insomnia for a bit of time now and I find that these pre-sleep meditations help make me feel more tired; which is exactly what I need.

Weight

When I imagined feeling the weight of my body sinking into the bed, it made me feel relaxed and able to sleep after not sleeping well for the last few days.

I could not fall asleep at all I wasn’t even tired but then I listened to this and after I was tired and fell asleep easily

Noticing where body meets bed & feeling yourself sinking into it. With each exhale sink deeper & deeper. So relaxing!!

This session didn’t help me too much because the whole reason I did this was to sleep and I still am having issues sleeping

Stupid me!

I was watching Chitty Chitty Bang Bang on my MacBook and left it running on my nightstand while I did my nightly regimen, including Aura. Way too distracting! 🤣 I love this movie though! I haven’t watched it in years, but found it on Amazon Prime Video this evening. As a child I had a standing date with my maternal grandmother, my Nannie Arkison, to watch this whenever it aired on TV!

Sleep time

I could feel my body sinking in the bed and relaxing as I fell deeper into the relaxation.

Distraction

i listen to the meditations to fall asleep. My mind needs to focus on something to distract from other thoughts. This meditation helped me focus on comfort though, and that helped me fall as well as be comfortable. I normally toss and am sore.

This meditation is relaxing. I am definitely ready for sleep after listening to this.

More relaxing than expected

As this was a short meditation, I was uncertain if it would relax me. It did. It was brief but I am ready for sleep.

I felt super at ease after this! Definitely almost drifted off immediately.

Do nothing

I noticed that today I did not want to press my body down into the bed, because that felt like too much to do. I just wanted to lay there completely relaxed and not feel the need to DO anything.

I’m more aware that my tension can be released with concentration on my breathing and meditation. Hearing her voice helps me to relax my muscles and generate positive thoughts.

I felt a sense of warmth coming over me. Such a soothing voice that could lull you to sleep.

I felt a sense of calmness in that moment, It was just me.

I learned to breathe and let myself fall asleep and to remember to focus on breathing not what will happen in the morning.

Worry

Creates stress for me. I can recognize I am living in the future when I worry. This doesn’t lessen the stress. Breathing brings me back to the present. I begin to uncover my feelings which drive the worry. The stress disappears.

I learned that when I focus more on my breathing and let go of my worries, my body relaxes me.

YAY I CAN SLEEP

If you really just let your body just lay there. (I find hands a at yours sides really helps) You can fall asleep pretty fast. Especially when really warm under your blanket.

Just when I think I can’t possibly get any more comfortable, I do!! I love doing these before falling asleep. So cozy and calming ♡

I felt very calm and relaxed. I was able to feel my body sinking into the bed and becoming heavier. However, I found myself thinking about I will make the transition from this state into actual sleep and this gave me anxiety.

I believe I've used this track from Cassandra in the past, but didn't see a reflection upon it. I probably fell asleep! Oopsie!🤣 That's what happens to Aura sessions to guide you into sleep I guess!

I really loved this. I found it really relaxing. I like that it wasn’t really focused on just breathing and that it was awareness of where you were.

Finding your resting place

I learned that I have to rest my mind so I can rest my body. This is the dilemma with so much to do.

Quieting the Storm is My Mind

I learned that I need to quiet the storm that is raging in my own mind so that I can get a restful night sleep. As of yesterday I started writing down the items that are making me worry in the day before I go to sleep. Then when I finish writing them forgetting them for the night.

To sleep and relax notice and feel everything in my entire body known to mankind my muscles movement and everything the way my nose chest arms legs ok now imjust being over dramatic and silly lol

My body and mind just takes time to relax. In the morning, I need time to wake up. Both bedtime and wake up processes are important and require some time. A little meditation, controlled breathing and a calm environment allows me to successfully go to sleep.

I learned that all my emotions come out when I am calm and relaxed.

I was suggested to download this app by my neurosurgeon to help me with my post concussion syndrome

It’s helped me so much and has been such a great tool to rebuild my minds strength, this is by far my favorite track!! It puts me to sleep right away

I got bored during this meditation. It was not engaging and I zoned out after a minute

Breathing

I learned in this exercise that you don’t have to rush to inhale, hold, and then lash out slowly breath. I felt much calmer during this taking a longer inhalation, and slowly but gently letting my exhalation fully empty my lungs. This was a much for comfortable way to look inward, and focus.
