Often it can be easier to extend kindness and compassion to those with who we have effortless and easy connections, but not as easy to direct that energy towards ourselves, or to those with who we are experiencing difficulties within a relationship. In this guided meditation, we take time to practice sending loving-kindness towards ourselves and to others, regardless of the status of our relationship with them.
