Feeling Badly Due but NOT from This Good Meditation
Yesterday's person in the challeng answered my feedback saying her meditation is for people who want connections. That was cruel to say to me as I do but I guess she can't take what she perceived as negative feedback. I'll register to this layer as it is helpful!

I really need to focus more on this. I beat myself down too regularly. I’m not special. I’m human. Allow myself to be that. Stop putting so much pressure on yourself. Your pride is killing the love you have for yourself. You are good strong kind loving generous compassionate fun funny likable guy. And more. That’s not cocky or ego. That’s self love. That’s allowing myself to relish in the good qualities I’ve maintained and am proud of. I’ve been these things for a reason. I believe in good. Give yourself some credit for that. He who makes a beats of himself, rids the pain of being a man. Be proud of how you have lived your life. With. I comparison or judgment. Allow the mistakes to be mistakes. Grow from every mistake. Slow down and breathe. Don’t act on impulse or rush into things. Love yourself. Trust yourself. And go for it uncle Joe!!
