Mindfulness Teacher and Mentor
This mindfulness meditation guides you in cultivating your sense of caring presence. When we can steady the mind in this way and see clearly the nature of our experience we are able to feel a sense of steadiness and trust that we can make wise choices for ourselves. The meditation starts by bringing awareness and compassion to what you are experiencing at this moment and then moves on to focusing on the breath.
Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's important to seek professional help. These meditations are not a substitute for that but can be used alongside therapy to help to support you.
