Hello and welcome to this Zen Practice Of Presence Meditation. This is the fourth meditation of four as part of a zen meditation & mindfulness 8-week course. You will do this meditation each day between week six and week eight. In this meditation, we take the practice one step further, where we don’t have a central point of awareness in the body at all. The central point of awareness is presence itself. Most find this slightly more difficult than the previous meditations. When mastered it can give you insights into reality itself and a wonderful feeling of bliss. I hope you enjoy this meditation and have loved taking part in this course. Big love, Alex.
