This is a short practice for times of low focus and energy. When experiencing brain fog or impaired focus, it can be helpful to come back to very simple awareness, and that is the purpose of this practice. It doesn't ask you to concentrate for too long, and the guidance is designed so that even if you can't stay focused for the whole five minutes of practice, you are invited to bring your awareness back moment by moment.
