Take a moment for yourself to just smile, be happy, & think about the things that make you smile. Smiling has been scientifically proven to create a sense of happiness within us, so we can actually & truly control whether we are happy in almost any situation. In this meditation, we simply reflect on some of the things we are grateful for & that make us happy. This peaceful meditation would be a great part of a daily self-care routine!
