I enjoyed this meditation and was just reaching the point of becoming relaxed when the meditation ended. I wish it had been just a few minutes longer because it was effective for me.
Warm and relaxing
Listening to this meditation helped me sleep last night and although I don’t remember all the details, I know I enjoyed it and felt very relaxed. I’ve always enjoyed meditations that require me to visualize a place in nature and I do remember toward the end, stepping into a pond that was very warm and becoming very dreamy. Thanks Irene, for creating another wonderful sleep meditation. 👍🙏

Irene, earlier today I listened to the short version and said it is too short to be effective for me. I just now listened to the long version and it is absolutely amazing. Please accept my apology. This meditation is one of the loveliest, most relaxing and beautiful meditations I have heard on Aura. This was a very calming meditation. Though, thankfully, I’m not experiencing any specific pain right now I found this very helpful.

I tried the 3 min version right before this 7 min version and I have decided not to do the short one again. I missed out on a lot of the good stuff that’s in the longer version. My pain level before starting this meditation was moderate and by the end of the session I barely felt any pain👏🏻 thanks 🙏 Irene

I had a very bad day but this meditation helped me sleep like a baby with no worries.
Trying to breathe into my stomach helped me to breathe more deeply, in a relaxed way. Namaste
Relax, look inside and let go! This is important for me because I hold on to emotional pain. It eats me up. It really made me into something I wasn't. But I am letting it go to become a better me.

Thank you for this release. This guide has my favorite voice and this really was so refreshing. I really do feel like I took a dip in a tropical pond on an island. It took me to a sensitive memory I have of me and my father (who I have a very broken relationship with) and I had to work through that to get out on the other side. I’m glad I was able to work through this memory like I did. It is a beautiful memory that I’m so grateful to have, yet there is a feeling of guilt embedded in this memory. One day I will have moved past this guilt within the memory and enjoy it for the wholeness and purity that it offers; until now I will meditate and imagine ponds that help me work through it.
Not for me...3-minute version cuts off abruptly
This really should be just a 7-minute version...the 3-minute version of this one is kind of useless, the way it was edited. Too bad...never even got to hear about the pond!
I enjoy breathing through my stomach, it always has a calming effect on me, in my mind, I was imagining a quiet pond

i couldn’t understand. i did not enjoy. worst meditation i have had yet. i typically love them thoug
i learned that this one wasn’t for me. i usually love them but this one did not help me. i couldn’t understand & i felt she made things worse telling me they would hurt & now how to relax. she brought up things that i felt sad on & didn’t distract me.

This just made me realize how much my body hurts.. not relaxing at all
I couldn’t understand what she was saying...:( was not relaxing for me at all!
I couldn’t even understand her it was very confusing and gave me a headache
I didn’t find that this particular meditation was great for me. The voice of the woman was slightly hard to understand and I felt that what she was saying didn’t have much impact. That being said I’m finding simply taking a few minutes to breath and focus in is very beneficial even with a meditation I don’t necessarily love.
that the tone and speed of this meditation was nice. although it is hard to understand her all the time, she has a very relaxing tone of voice.
I prefer see you soon over goodbye. There are times when see you soon doesn’t apply. Today I said goodbye to a precious pet. My eyes keep running over with tears. I would do anything to get more time with my Baylee dog.
