Idol Sweet darkness poem
I had never heard of this poem prior to this meditation . However, upon hearing it , I loved it so much that I listen to it three times. I found it very relaxing. I also noticed many parallels between this poem and the sleep meditations on this app. Like the meditations, this poem encourages its listeners to let go ofThe day
