This travel meditation will guide you through feelings of claustrophobia and anxiety while flying. When the space around you feels small or overwhelming, you'll be invited to slow your breath, relax your body, and reconnect with a sense of safety. Through gentle awareness and calming breaths, allow tension to soften as you find more ease, comfort, and confidence during your flight. Take a slow breath in and gently let it go. Let your shoulders soften. Unclench your jaw. Loosen your hands. If your body feels tight or your chest feels restricted, that's okay.
